I felt so lucky to get to visit NYC twice in one year. On my second visit back in December I had just found out that I was expecting. I couldn't wait to tell my dear friend Arlene in person. She and her husband live in Brooklyn, and took the train all the way into the city to see me.
She kindly brought a few gifts, including this gorgeous journal.
I started writing in it immediately. I am hoping to give it to our baby once they reach adulthood.
