20 & 21 Weeks

23rd Apr ' 18

2021weeksBWLR-1

These two weeks felt BIG:

•We had our 20-week ultrasound, more on that here. In sum, I learned that I have a condition called "low-lying placenta."

•Our babe's gender was announced! We're having a little girl as you can see… it's so exciting. Seth and I both were convinced we were having a boy. I've shared our reveal party photos here. I am still cleaning up that confetti ;)

•Mom and I travelled to sunny Florida for a little getaway. This was MUCH needed after a first trimester during a classic Minnesota winter. That sun felt glorious.

It was an emotional time for me… I have felt worried about my condition, but trying to lean on prayer and the wisdom of my comforting midwives.
