I can’t believe how quickly things are going! I feel like she’ll be here soon. I cannot wait.
We’ve been busy lately:
Seth ran a 100 mile race in the Black Hills and we were gone for all of last weekend, making a mini vacation out of it. I’m so glad we could get away for a bit, hoping to sneak in one more weekend trip before this baby arrives, but we’ll see. I’m so proud of Seth for pushing himself and achieving this big milestone. I loved connecting with other people at the aid stations. One of the women I met gave us a beautiful baby blanket.
I wrote up all our thank you notes for our gifts! I am so glad I ordered personalized cards from MOO. I love them and hope those who receive them do, too. Because I ordered a set number of cards I know exactly how many thank you notes I wrote. Fifty. 50. It is incredible to me how loved this babe is and how supported Seth and I are. It is not lost on me. I am so grateful.
This weekend I started organizing all our baby stuff. It’s almost done and I feel a huge sense of relief! Next up will be the stripping + washing of cloth diapers, finding a spot for her clothing, and getting the bassinet set up. Exciting!
I’m looking forward to our 4th party that we’re hosting, finishing our Hypnobabies birth courses, and a maternity session with my friend Jess.
I’d love to see you over on Instagram, follow along with my daily photos here:
