I’m starting to feel pretty big, and have been on the receiving end of many comments about how I’m going to have this baby “any day now.” I love to see the look on their faces when I let them know that first time moms average 41 weeks and 3 days. I’ve got a while longer 😉
It has cooled down a bit, so that’s nice. I’ve been snacking my heart out, and since Trader Joe’s just opened up in our neighborhood, I’ve got access to my favorites once again. I’ve never been so happy about a grocery store before.
This weekend we had an impromptu dinner party with dad and Seth’s dear friend {and mine now, too} Ryan. It was fun including political and religious bickering. 😀 I love that Seth has maintained friendships with people he’s known since grade school.
While dad was over he told us that all our plastic bins of baby gear make our condo look like a “tenement.” So funny. They’ve all been put away and organized now. I’ve got two IKEA carts for both diapering + post partum needs for me and then one full of her clothing.
Third trimester has certainly slowed me down, but I think that’s good for me. If only I could find a comfortable way to sleep!
