We have a one year old. I can’t believe it. I sort of love it. I’ll be honest in saying that I’m not the biggest fans of toddlers, but I think this stage is going to be a pleasant surprise. Priscilla just started scooting and crawling so the mild baby proofing we did was just in time.
Here is what she’s like a twelve months old:
She loves | Her new found mobility! This is a big change for this girl. She’s partial to pulling herself up on her blue chair and scooting under the couch and dresser. Still a big fan of Astro, but she’s got eyes for Seth these days. We’re past stranger anxiety, and she’s doing well with our new babysitters.
{Priscilla’s onesie is from Swanky Shank on Etsy & dolly sewn by God mama Courtney}
She detests | Bad dreams! She had her first one a few days before her birthday party, poor thing.
What’s new | Besides mobility, she’s been having lots of fun play dates with our new neighbor Luca (and his mama Grace is awesome, too). I’m so glad we met them! We’ve being playing a ton outside just like we did last month.
We had one incredible birthday celebration {already shared about that in my last post}, and I’m resting in a quiet August. We do have one trip planned at the end of the month and that will be so much fun. I’m loving this age and stage.
