pregnancy two | 7 weeks

29th Jan ' 20

We’re at week seven! It’s easier this time for me to remember when I turn a new week because it always happens on a Friday. Baby’s guess date is June 19th, which is funny because Priscilla’s was August 18th. I’m suspecting I may go early again and plan to have a baby anytime in June. Here’s hoping I don’t go late and risk out of my birth center 🙂

Symptoms | Same as last week, a little sick in the mornings. I’ve thrown up only twice so far, which I consider a huge win. I know it’s still early, but I am hoping for a much better pregnancy this time!

Mood | Feeling happy! Tired and worn out, but happy.

Weight gain | Still none!

Sleep/energy | By the time lunchtime rolls around I am beat. Thankfully Priscilla takes a pretty good nap int he afternoon so I’ve been lying down. I miss my work time and being productive, but am trying to take better care of myself this pregnancy. I know wearing myself thin is not a good choice.

Food cravings | I’m loving fresh fruits and veggies, just like last time. I mostly am craving salads of all things! I also love berries and apples.

Food aversions | Meat. I have to force myself to eat it, but I always feel good after I do. I know that getting enough protein is important. I’m also trying to get protein from other sources that sound better to me. Seth made some amazing chili Sunday night so I ate that despite not loving the meat.
