Langston at 7 Months

6th Mar ' 21

Langston turned 7 months in January! We had a chilly, mostly inside month without a lot of activities which is fine by this laid back baby. We also learned we were expecting again, and my fatigue + general pregnancy sickness started this month making daily tasks feel like mountain climbing.

Thank goodness for this easy going, happy, joyful guy. I always use the same words to describe LJ, but that is who he is. January marked the official transition to two naps. He usually sleeps 9:30-11am then 1:30-3/3:30pm. Since he can stay up a bit longer he’s been joining us for dinner. Speaking of, he is still our great eater. He loves food.

Here is what LJ is like at 7 months old:

He loves | His new formula. This has been a bittersweet journey for us, but due to my pregnancy LJ isn’t interested in nursing anymore. I started supplementing this month, and thankfully LJ hasn’t reacted poorly to formula.

He detests | Being left alone. He is starting to notice more if I am in a different room. He has also started to show some separation anxiety.

What’s new | LJ is going to be a big brother come January!
